How do we do it?

We Shop Local We source most of our produce from local farms and vendors, keeping ingredients seasonal, fresh, and lower in food miles.

We love our Veggies Our menus highlight vibrant vegetables and offer plenty of vegan, vegetarian, and plant-forward options.

We Recycle We sort and recycle whenever possible to keep reusable materials out of landfills.

We Minimize Food Waste Whenever we can, we turn scraps into soups, stocks, and other delicious uses so less food goes to waste.

We Compost Scraps that can’t be used are composted to help nourish the earth instead of filling trash bags.

We Clean Greener We use eco-friendly cleaning products to keep kitchens spotless without harsh chemicals.

We Donate When it’s safe and allowed, we donate eligible leftovers to local organizations and food programs

We Use Better Packaging We choose biodegradable and eco-friendly disposables and lean on reusable bags and containers whenever possible
