A Thoughtful Approach to Event Catering
Chef Abyssinia’s approach to catering reflects the same attention to detail found in her private dining experiences. Rather than large-scale production catering, each event is developed around seasonal ingredients, composed presentation, and thoughtful pacing.
Catering engagements are best suited for gatherings of 15–50 guests, where the food, atmosphere, and hospitality can be experienced as intended.
