Hours of Operation

Our office hours are Monday - Thursday from 9am - 5pm and Friday from 9am-2pm. Please allow a 48 hour response time for all inquiries.

Booking Requirements

We require a 50% deposit and signed business agreement in order to confirm a booking. All clients will be added to the calendar after the booking is confirmed. Dates will be held after the booking is complete.

Payment Methods

We use a safe and secure Credit Card processing system for payments. We also accept Zelle, Venmo and PayPal.

Changes & Cancellations

A two week notice is required for any changes and cancellations. Please revisit your business agreement for terms & conditions.

Fresh, never Less! We pride ourself in our use of fresh organic wholesome ingredients. Our menus are catered to the palates and preferences of our clients. We prepare a wide array of cuisines from Caribbean, Mexican, Southern, Modern American, Classical French, Italian and Fusion.

Do we provide staff? Waiters, Bartenders, Servers, etc.?

Yes. We have Event planners, Bartenders, Servers and even Dj’s that we work with on a contracted bases.

Dinner Parties

This service includes menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation, service and clean up. Your chef will arrive about 2 hours in advance to set up and prepare your meal.

Meal Prep

This service includes menu planning, grocery shopping, meal preparation and clean up. The meals are prepared in your home. Your chef will take about 2 hours preparing your dishes. Meals are stored and labeled with instructions to reheat.

Do we offer drop off catering?

Yes, we do offer drop off catering services.

What size of events do we handle?

We have catered intimate events of 2-10 guests to grand corporate events of 300+ guests.
