I worked with Chef during a bachelorette weekend at The Brampton. She was super helpful with planning beforehand and responded really quickly to emails. When we arrived at the house, she had the bride’s favorite food–pasta Bolognese! Everything was ready to go and very delicious. There were 7 girls, who were voracious eaters, and we loved it so much that Chef had to whip up another batch of Bolognese for us. Every meal exceeded our expectations in presentation and deliciousness, from apple cinnamon pancakes and quiches to chicken marsala and pan con tomate. The timing was perfect, and I even learned some cooking tips from Chef (i.e. adding parmesan cheese to bread crumbs). Chef also made the most delicious lemon cake for the bride and helped me set up a sugar cookies station for the girls to have a naughty cookie decorating party. Everything turned out perfectly. Working with Chef Absynnia was by far the group’s favorite part of the weekend: she kept our stomachs and taste buds happy all weekend as we celebrated our friend’s upcoming nuptials. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend!
Abyssinia cooked for us at the Brampton and was amazing.. delicious healthy food for every meal and she’s about as lovely as you get. I’d recommend her for anything – from big events to a dinner party, healthy cooking lessons or weekend with friends.
Abyssinia cooked for us at the Brampton for a group of 18. Our group included gluten free, vegan, and kids. Abyssinia prepared fresh, varied, delicious and healthy meals that made our everyone’s vacation special.
